IT Outsourcing

An engineering department you don't have to build.

We run dedicated teams and managed operations for US companies from our engineering center in India, with US-based account and delivery leadership. You get senior engineers, overlapping hours, documented SLAs and a cost base that makes sense — without the hiring, the churn or the management overhead.

What's included

Capabilities

01

Dedicated engineering teams

A named, stable team that works only on your systems: engineers, a tech lead and a delivery manager. You direct the roadmap; we own hiring, retention, tooling and quality.

02

Managed application operations

L2/L3 support, monitoring, on-call and incident response for the software you already run. Runbooks written, alerts tuned, root causes fixed rather than patched.

03

Managed cloud & infrastructure

Patching, backups, cost control, IAM hygiene and capacity planning across AWS, Azure and GCP — with change management that survives an audit.

04

Help desk & end-user IT

Tiered service desk with ticket SLAs, device management, identity and access, and onboarding/offboarding workflows for growing teams.

05

Legacy modernisation

Strangler-pattern migration of legacy systems into services you can maintain, with regression harnesses built before a line is rewritten.

06

Transition & knowledge capture

A structured takeover from your incumbent team or vendor: system inventory, documentation, shadowing, then reverse-shadowing before we accept the pager.

How we work

From first call to steady state.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery & baseline

Two to four weeks: inventory every system, measure current reliability and cost, agree the SLAs and the definition of done.

  2. Step 2

    Transition

Shadow, document, then reverse-shadow. We don't take ownership until the runbook has been executed by us, unassisted, at least once.

  3. Step 3

    Steady state

Weekly delivery review with your stakeholders, monthly SLA and cost report, quarterly roadmap. Every incident gets a written post-mortem.

  4. Step 4

    Continuous improvement

A fixed slice of every sprint goes to reducing toil: automation, test coverage, observability. The team gets cheaper to run over time, not more expensive.

Questions

Frequently asked

Where is the team located?+

Engineering is delivered from India; account management, architecture and delivery leadership are US-based. You'll have a US point of contact and an engineering team that overlaps your working day.

How do you handle security and data access?+

Least-privilege access through your identity provider, no shared credentials, device compliance, and a written data-handling policy. For regulated data we run the work inside your environment — nothing is copied to ours.

What's the minimum engagement?+

A dedicated team starts at three engineers for six months. Managed operations are contracted annually with a 90-day exit clause.

Can we hire the team later?+

Yes. Build-operate-transfer is a standard option; we'd rather be the partner you outgrow than the vendor you're stuck with.
