Cloud & DevOps
Infrastructure that is code, tested and boring.
We design, migrate and run cloud platforms with the same discipline we apply to application code: everything in version control, every change reviewed and tested, every environment reproducible from scratch.
What's included
Capabilities
Cloud architecture & landing zones
Multi-account structure, network design, identity, guardrails and cost allocation set up correctly the first time.
Migration
Lift-and-shift where it's sensible, re-platform where it pays. We map dependencies first and migrate in waves with rollback at every step.
Platform engineering
Internal developer platforms: golden paths, self-service environments, CI/CD pipelines that developers actually use.
Containers & Kubernetes
EKS/AKS/GKE and plain Docker where Kubernetes is overkill. We'll tell you which.
Observability
Metrics, logs and traces wired to SLOs, with alerts that page on symptoms customers feel rather than on CPU graphs.
FinOps
Right-sizing, commitment planning, tagging discipline and monthly cost reviews. Most first engagements pay for themselves in cloud savings.
How we work
From first call to steady state.
- Step 1
Assess
Architecture review, cost and reliability baseline, and a prioritised backlog with estimated impact.
- Step 2
Build
Infrastructure as code from day one. Nothing is clicked into existence in a console.
- Step 3
Prove
Game days and failure injection before go-live. If the backup has never been restored, it isn't a backup.
- Step 4
Operate
Hand over to your team with runbooks and training, or retain us under a managed-services agreement.
- ✓Every environment reproducible from a repository in under an hour
- ✓Deployments that are routine, reversible and audited
- ✓Cost visibility by team, product and environment
- ✓SLOs your business signs off on, not vanity uptime numbers

Questions
Frequently asked
Which cloud do you recommend?+
The one your team can operate. We're deepest on AWS, comfortable on Azure and GCP, and honest about hybrid and on-prem where data residency demands it.
Do you do Kubernetes?+
Yes, and we'll also tell you when you don't need it. A great many workloads are better served by ECS, Cloud Run or a well-run VM fleet.
