Engagement models
Four ways to work with us.
Pick the shape that matches how much is known. We'll tell you if you've picked the wrong one.
Dedicated team
A stable, named team — engineers, tech lead, delivery manager — working only on your systems under your priorities. Monthly billing per engineer; minimum three engineers for six months.
- Your roadmap, our hiring and retention
- US delivery lead + India engineering
- Weekly delivery review, monthly report
- Build-operate-transfer available
Managed services
We take ownership of operations for your applications and infrastructure: monitoring, on-call, patching, incidents, cost. Annual contract with a 90-day exit clause and SLA credits.
- Written SLAs for availability, response, resolution
- 24×7 on-call, US-hours overlap
- Post-mortem on every incident
- Quarterly toil-reduction roadmap
Fixed-scope project
After a short paid discovery, we quote a fixed price and a date for a defined scope with acceptance criteria. Changes are priced, not absorbed silently.
- Paid discovery first — you keep the document
- Acceptance criteria before code
- Milestone billing
- Warranty period after go-live
Staff augmentation
Individual senior engineers embedded in your team, on your tools and your rituals. Useful when you have the management and need the hands.
- Senior only; we don't place juniors
- Two-week trial, replace at no cost
- Monthly rolling
- Converts to a dedicated team when it grows
Onboarding
How an engagement starts
- Week 0
Scoping call
One hour with a delivery lead and an architect. We'll tell you which model fits and what we'd need to see.
- Week 1–2
Discovery
Paid, short, and yours to keep: system inventory, risks, an estimate you can take elsewhere.
- Week 3–4
Team assembly
Named engineers with CVs and interviews if you want them. Access provisioned through your identity provider.
- Week 5+
Delivery
First production change in the first sprint. Weekly reviews from then on.
Not sure which model fits?
Book the scoping call. We'll recommend one — and say so if it isn't us.
